The day after Christmas we had a small gathering at our home in Door County, Wisconsin, and we thought a fun plate of sliders would be a crowd-pleaser! We grilled two large ribeye steaks on our Big Green Egg, sliced cherry tomatoes, sautéed onions with butter & some 18-year Door County Balsamic Vinegar and, finally, topped it with fresh romaine and Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Cream Sauce (as a delicious mayo replacement).
